Telinfy offers integration with third-party AI assistants, including Claude by Anthropic, through the Model Context Protocol ("MCP"). This integration allows authorized users to access Telinfy's messaging and contact management services directly from within a supported AI assistant interface.
When you connect your Telinfy account to a supported AI assistant:
1. You authenticate directly with Telinfy through a secure OAuth 2.0 login flow. Your password is submitted only to Telinfy's servers and is never stored, shared with, or accessible to the AI assistant or any third party.
2. Upon successful authentication, a temporary access token is issued and used to perform actions on your behalf.
3. The AI assistant sends structured requests (such as "send an SMS" or "fetch a campaign report") to Telinfy's MCP server, which executes them using your authenticated session.
When you use Telinfy through an AI assistant, the following data may be processed by our MCP server:
● Account identifiers: Your username, user ID, and API key (used for authentication only)
● Tool call parameters: Campaign names, recipient phone numbers, message content, template IDs, contact details, date ranges, and other inputs you provide through the AI assistant
● API responses: Campaign reports, contact lists, delivery statuses, and other data returned by Telinfy's services
● Conversation data: Telinfy does not receive, store, log, or have access to your conversations with the AI assistant. We only process the specific tool call parameters and return the corresponding results.
● AI-generated content: Any text generated by the AI assistant that is not explicitly submitted as a tool call parameter is not transmitted to or processed by Telinfy.
● Browsing or interaction history: We do not track how you interact with the AI assistant outside of direct Telinfy tool calls.
● OAuth access tokens are stored in a secured, encrypted Redis database.
● Tokens expire automatically after 8 hours and are not renewable — you must re-authenticate after expiry.
● Authorization codes used during the login flow expire after 5 minutes and are single-use.
● You may revoke access at any time by disconnecting the integration from your AI assistant.

Telinfy is not responsible for the data handling practices of third-party AI service providers. We encourage you to review their privacy policies independently.
All communication between the AI assistant and Telinfy's MCP server is encrypted using HTTPS/TLS. Access to Telinfy's services through the integration requires the same authentication as direct platform access, and all actions are subject to your existing account permissions and restrictions.
Your rights regarding data accessed or processed through the AI integration are the same as those outlined in the rest of this Privacy Policy. You may request data deletion or access by contacting us at support@telinfy.com.
